1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
Hippopotomonstrosesquipedalian. This fabulous word meaning “of or pertaining to extremely long words” is quite underused in everyday communication. Don’t you think?
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
I don’t really watch television because, frankly, I lack the time; however, my children and I sit and watch Food Network about once a week. We love to cook together and are inspired to try new things based on what we see on those shows.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
I’ve little patience for incessant victims. Inherently, we’re 100% responsible for the decisions that got us to whatever point we’re at—good or bad. As Captain of our own “Navigational Course”, we’ve the power to change. Those choosing to sail blindly through life waste much of themselves by remaining powerless.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom” –Anais Nin This is one of my favorite sayings because, in life, I’ve found that fear of our own awesome potential keeps many from blooming completely.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
Honestly? Any day of the week that I’m caught up on laundry and there are no more socks to match. Otherwise, Saturday because it’s our traditional Family Pancake Breakfast Morning and my husband doesn’t have to be out the door to work at 4:30 a.m.
