Phaedra Pistone

Phaedra Pistone is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and two-time breast cancer survivor whose life mission is to save lives through early detection and empower women to advocate for their health.

As the founder of Check Your 2 on the 2nd—a global awareness initiative that encourages women to perform regular breast self-exams and schedule mammograms—Phaedra has turned her personal survivorship into a movement that is reaching women across the United States and around the world. Her campaign has already saved lives, with women crediting her message for finding their cancer early. She is also working to establish “Check Your 2 on the 2nd” as an internationally recognized awareness day and is collaborating with organizations like Charlotte Radiology, the American Cancer Society, Go Jen Go, and international company Learn Look Locate to expand access to screenings and education on a global scale.

Beyond her advocacy, Phaedra is a successful business owner and the proud owner of Classic Bride & Formals and CB Boutique in Huntersville, North Carolina. With over 25 years of pageant experience, she has combined her love for fashion and service by providing brides with a personalized, red-carpet-ready shopping experience while also giving back to breast cancer survivors through free wedding gown programs.

Phaedra’s career is rooted in both business and service. She holds a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management from High Point University, and she is also a licensed North Carolina real estate broker. She has dedicated her talents to empowering women, strengthening her community, and serving as a spokesperson for organizations that reflect her values.

On stage and off, Phaedra embodies the International Pageants’ mission of celebrating marriage, family, and service. She has been married to her husband, Tom, since 2015, and together they reside in Mooresville, North Carolina, with their beloved dogs. Phaedra’s story is one of resilience, faith, and hope—reminding the world that early detection saves lives and that one woman’s voice can spark a global movement.
