1.Tell us a funny story about a date night out with your husband.
Survivor. The dictionary defines a survivor as a person who continues to function or prosper in spite of opposition, hardship, or setbacks, and every individuals personal situations notwithstanding, we are all survivors and share that bond with each other.
2.What are the (2) most important things in your kitchen and why?
Firefly. It did not even last a full season on television over a decade ago, but I could watch it 24/7 if I could. I am really just a science fiction geek at heart and Joss Whedon is, in my humble opinion, a genius.
3.What do people assume about you that isn’t true?
I twirl my hair! I have done this since I was about a year old. My grandmother assured my mother it was just a phase I would soon outgrow. 36 years later I am still doing it and it usually means that I need a nap!
4.Tell us a time you demonstrated leadership skills.
Fuoco Nelle Vene. In Italian it means “fire in the veins” and is associated with confidence and living life with passion.
5.If you had no fear, what would you try?
Sunday. It is the only day of the week that no work is scheduled and we have 100% of our time for our family. It is also the day my husband and I go on most of our “dates.”
