1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
Legacy. I feel that in life it's all about what you leave behind that counts and how you made a difference. My pursuit of raising awareness for Celiac Disease is all about making life easier for the newly diagnosed or the undiagnosed.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
My husband and I don't watch a lot of television shows but we like to watch all kinds of movies together. Whether its the cheesy B-rated science fiction ones or the latest blockbuster in the theater, it's a pastime we both love to share with each other.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
Sometimes I get really into reading a book and I will ignore the whole world until its finished. I have always loved to read and devoured books as a child. Now, as an adult, I know I have other things to do but I just can't put the book down!
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
"If you don't ask, the answer will always be no" - It reminds me that I shouldn't have a predetermined mindset on the outcome of situations. You never know what could happen but you'll never find it if you don't try!
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
I look forward to Thursdays! I started a gluten-free support group and our meetings are on Thursday nights. I always feel so refreshed after our meetings because I am reminded that others share my struggles with dietary restrictions and together we help each other live life to the fullest!
