1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
GAELS – I am an avid fan of many quotes and sayings. I am known to graffiti the quotes in my garage to inspire myself, as well as my family. My son’s high school mascot is the GAELS, an acronym that I am partial to: GOD, ACCOUNTABILITY, EXCELLENCE, LEADERSHIP and STEWARDSHIP.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
I wish I had a favorite TV program! My favorite show happens to be the one that my husband and children are watching with one of HIS five precious remotes. When I complete Remote 101, I will let y’all know about my favorite show.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
I have a tendency to use extremely difficult-to-read penmanship, aka “chicken scratch.” My mind moves so fast with thoughts and ideas that my writing has a hard time keeping up! Frantic college note-taking formed this fabulous habit! My incredibly messy handwriting = My secret code!
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
“Perseverance is the foundation of all actions.” PERSEVERANCE - Determined continuation. Steady and continued action or belief despite difficulties. This exemplifies my way of accomplishing everything every day. Whether it be love, my children, OUR children in foster care, responsibilities, commitments, dreams and goals. Failure is the path of least perseverance!
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
Monday is the starting line of a marathon and I embrace it! I stay busy with family and platforms during the week. After enjoying the weekend with family, I anxiously await Monday morning. I challenge myself to measure accomplishments and progress towards keeping up with my goals. “Start me up!!!”
