1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
Serve. As a Navy veteran, I look back on the time that I served my country with pride and humility. As a Navy Spouse, I am happy to support those who serve our country and their families in a volunteer capacity whenever I can.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
I love Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations on the Travel Channel. I am a great lover of travel and exotic cuisines, so it's great to watch a show that introduces me to different cultures and flavors of the world without the hassle of jet lag.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
As much as I love cooking, I don't like the dirty dishes that result from my efforts. I will wait until the sink is completely full before I even consider washing them. It's definitely my worst habit, and one that I battle with every day.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
My favorite saying is by Mahatma Ghandi, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." In serving others, you are giving of yourself unconditionally without judgement. In my mind, that is when you are your truest self.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
My favorite day of the week is any day that my husband is home. He has a hectic schedule being stationed on a submarine, so whenever he is not deployed and gets to come home at the end of the day is my favorite day, hands down!
