Quynci Joyner - 3rd Runner-Up
1.Tell us a funny story about a date night out with your husband.
Integrity. It is the way you live your life and what you do in a situation when no one is looking. Your integrity speaks volumes about your character and the way you handle certain situations. That is why I try to make my personal and professional decisions based upon integrity.
2.What are the (2) most important things in your kitchen and why?
Despite not being an avid television watcher, I must admit I enjoy Duck Dynasty. This program places an emphasis on family unity, humor and religion. All are characteristics that have contributed to their success. My favorite part of the program is when the family gathers together for their meal.
3.What do people assume about you that isn’t true?
Perfectionism. As a professional, I strive to make sure I put forth my best effort because it is a reflection of my character. I have learned that working toward a goal is part of the process no matter if it takes several attempts to make it just right.
4.Tell us a time you demonstrated leadership skills.
“If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” My grandmother taught me this saying as a young child. These are words that I strive to live by. This saying should be utilized by others because our words are often hurtful at times.
5.If you had no fear, what would you try?
Without a doubt, Sunday is my favorite day of the week. First, it is the day that I fellowship with my family and friends. Second, Sunday sets the tone for the remainder of the week. Third, Sunday allows me time to prepare an enjoyable meal for my family.
