1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
“It’s all out of love.†I was raised by a single parent in a very strict environment. I was especially tormented by the question, "If she loved me so much, how could she have done such a thing to me?†My counselor told me, "Your mother did the best she could do at that time.†I was able to receive the part of love that I hadn't received before. My relationship with my mother improved.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
As a personal trainer, it makes me very happy to see my clients' bodies become beautiful and their minds become clearer to follow the path they really want to follow. I've also been able to give workshops in person and online to people from Cambodia, the United States and other countries with different languages and cultures. I am happy that I have found something that I truly want to do!
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
I've trained over 2,000 women in personal fitness, and I've come to be able to detect a person's essential personality just by the way they posture and move their body. People with bad posture tend to have negative thoughts. When you change your posture, you change your thoughts. I want to increase the number of women who are full of confidence by teaching them how to maintain the most beautiful posture they can.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
I would be ageless. Age is just a number and the more you think about it in a positive way, the younger you will stay. So I try to focus on improving my physical and mental health and creating a positive impact on society. And I’ve worked with many clients. Their stories are the building blocks of who I am and who they inspired me to be.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
My ideal fun date would be going to jazz bar, staying in a beautiful night view hotel and watching Beauty and the Beast on Broadway in NY with my husband. I believe my husband and I deserve that splendid date as a reward for working hard to start our own business with me as his co-captain in building our future together.
