For what in your life do you feel most grateful?
I try to feed my mind with positive energy throughout the day. I realize that having mindful thoughts and positive energy can help along the activities I have planned for the day and it has made my life much easier. In addition, I use motivational videos and books to help inspire my ideas and to break barriers in my thought processes. It has changed my life!
What is the biggest change you want to make in your life?
I am concerned about many young adults and children being addicted to technology. I feel they are living in this virtual world of Facebook, Instagram etc. While it's great that these tools enable us to connect with family and friends, I believe the enriching experience of in-person interactions is being lost. Like, instead of being present in the moment, living in the moment, taking pictures to get social media likes.
What do you think is the best feeling in the world?
I love meeting new people, making new friends, and learning about different cultures! I think traveling makes you more open-minded and less prejudiced. You also realize how similar all humans are, in terms of our emotions and life-experiences. No matter where we live or what culture(s) we associate ourselves with, we share commonalities that makes us one big family!
What was the single, best realization you have ever had?
I have a much better understanding of who I am and what my life purpose is. I know what I believe in, what my core values are, and what I stand for. I also realize that true wealth is really not about your bank balance or your social status, but it's about those things and moments that you cannot put a dollar value to, like your relationships, your family, your friends, and experiences.
