1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
The International Pageant mission is identical to my own priorities of commitment to marriage, family, and making a difference. Having a child who has suffered from Asthma, I am passionate about sharing my time and talents. My kindness, compassion, and experience, have helped improve and save children’s lives.
2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
I am featured in the book Fearless Women, Fearless Wisdom due to be released on June 22, 2010. Author and photographer Mary Ann Halpin has brought together 40 female entrepreneurs from North America to celebrate their courage and strength by working through their fears to achieve great personal and professional success.
3.What do you love to cook and why?
I eat healthy, exercise, and stay active. I also feel that good health comes from loving life, taking time for prayer, enjoying what you do, appreciating those around you, and always being beautiful on the inside. I believe when you have a passion, you glow!
4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
They are the unique moral and social values maintained within a family. The core values in our family are honesty, respect, kindness, unconditional love, and making a positive difference in the lives of others. It is my mission to pass these values to my children and my children’s children.
5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
It is very difficult for me to relax, unwind, and do nothing. I love to be really busy and stay active. My Grandfather always told me, “People die in bed”. I figure I do not have to worry about that, because I am never there very long!
