1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
Anyone visiting Pittsburgh, PA, should prepare to be enchanted by its unique blend of history, culture, and innovation. From its iconic skyline punctuated by bridges to its vibrant neighborhoods brimming with character, Pittsburgh offers something for everyone. Whether you're exploring the world-class museums, indulging in delectable cuisine, or cheering on the Steelers at Heinz Field, you'll quickly discover why Pittsburgh is known as the City of Champions.

2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
In my closet, two treasures hold an important value to me. The first is my Grandmother's brooch, a cherished heirloom that I wore on my wedding day under the skirt of my gown as my “something blue”. It serves as a beautiful reminder of the strong women who have shaped my life. The second is my vision board, a visual representation of my aspirations for my marriage, community, physical health, and much more.

3.What do you love to cook and why?
While I may not be a culinary expert, one dish that holds a special place in my heart is my Grandmother's Sweet Potato Pie. Although I can't quite replicate her ‘Southern Belle” magic, I love making it for my boys. There's something incredibly comforting about the aroma of cinnamon and vanilla filling the kitchen, and the joy on their faces when they take that first bite is priceless.

4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
If I were blessed with an extra hour each day, I would undoubtedly spend it having lunch dates with my husband. As a public official, his schedule often keeps him busy, and any opportunity for one-on-one time is a cherished gift. Whether we're enjoying a leisurely meal at our favorite restaurant or simply catching up over sandwiches at home, those moments of connection are invaluable to me.

5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
During my high school years, I worked at a gas station/convenience store/chicken shack, which certainly provided its fair share of dirty jobs! From scrubbing grease off the fryers to slicing cold cuts, I learned the importance of hard work and perseverance. While it may not have been glamorous, those experiences taught me valuable lessons about responsibility and resilience that have stayed with me to this day.
