1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
How can you beat the valley of the sun? Come to Phoenix any time of year and you will find sunny skies, gorgeous desert hiking, western horse-back riding, world-class resorts/shopping/golf/spas/restaurants, and warm people to welcome you with a spicy margarita and a smile!
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
The two most important things in my closet are (1) my grandfather’s U.S. Army field footlocker trunk from WW2 where he survived the Bataan Death March and being a prisoner of war (POW) in Japan for three years, and (2) the family memories I store inside it. Why? Because my grandfather is my hero and there is nothing I treasure more than my family.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
With a family of six always on the go, cooking is a luxury. When we do get the time, my husband and I love trying new meal kits together and gathering our blended family together in the kitchen for an informal meal and time to connect.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
Hands down, I would spend more time cuddling my family.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
Working in law enforcement, I regularly find myself in extraordinary situations. In one case, I led the takedown of a prolific methamphetamine lab with the most unsanitary conditions you could imagine…syringes and blades all over the floor, a broken fridge filled with rotten meat. It was putrid and freeing the animals and the individual living there felt like a big win.
