1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
Empathy is my favorite word. It means to identify with and understand the feelings of another person. As a personal crisis life coach, I connect with my clients’ emotional pain so that I feel their struggles within myself which helps them to know I truly care and want to help.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
Having an interest in crime investigation makes “Criminal Minds” my favorite TV show. The show is based on the Behavioral Science Unit of the FBI which studies human behavior. I think my true calling may have been to be an investigator, and my husband’s nickname for me is “the profiler”.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
I would say my worst habit is shopping for groceries when I am hungry which results in purchasing WAY too much junk food and sweets. If I shop soon after eating a meal, my food choices are smarter and healthier, plus I spend less money.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
“It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.” Sir Edmund Hillary, the first person to climb Mount Everest said these words. I believe it is not the obstacles in our lives that keep us from our dreams but the limitations we place on ourselves that hold us back.
