1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
First, thanks to God and my guardian angel for another beautiful day. Next, an extra foam latte and brisk morning walk with the dogs. Once I’m back in the house I check my calendar, make a to-do list, get cleaned up and let the carpenters in to disrupt my world.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
FLEXIBLE – in every sense of the word! You can’t be over the moon in love with your husband of 30 years, raise 2 sons, get them through college, renovate 10 houses and move your family 8 times with out being extremely flexible.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
Welcome to Washington DC, capital of the United States. 68 square miles -living history of this great country - actual documents upon which our Republic was founded - the Smithsonian - National Gallery of Art - breathtaking Presidential Monuments and War Memorials. The night tours are amazing. Something for everyone, even… cherry blossoms.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
Most recently when I told one of my best pageant friends that I was competing at Mrs. International® she said, laughing “Just relax, it’s not brain surgery”. Believe me – I know. I’m coming to Chicago to make new friends and to share my vision of Women’s Healthcare Advocacy.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
In 5 years I will still be in love. Still live near the Chesapeake. Still be waiting for my first grandchild, and still be ready to take on the world.
