1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
With a kiss to my son Carter, my husband Andy and our furry family of Halo, Josie and Jack. Then it’s gym time! I had a heart attack and surgery on 1/18/2010. Education and advocacy is key so every day I wake up smiling just knowing I am blessed.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
A direct statement from my husband, Committed! (he did also add “shopper”:0 ) As a wife, I am committed to our life, our family and faith. My husband is my rock and shares in my journey through his love and support, and along with our son, Carter, anything is possible.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
The NORTHEAST offers New England Chowder, DC’s impeccable historic luster, beautiful beach destinations of Virginia and the tantalizing coastline cuisine of North Carolina. You could eat your way down the NORTHEAST and we have! History, great cuisine, sun, sand and family fun! Did I mention we have amusement parks!
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
Embrace the journey. I am stronger than I ever have been because the Mrs. International® system offers a vehicle of self improvement, education and growth. Pageantry is to women what football is to men. It is truly a team sport built with great coaches, team spirit and an MVP!
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
Great Mom, Wife, continued advocate/spokesperson for the American Heart Association, former Mrs. International® and a lottery winner! My Father always said if you give up your dreams you die, so dream big!!!! I believe that we should always try to fill the shoes we hope to walk in one day!
