1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
Exercise is my wake-up call. As an AFAA certified fitness professional, I look forward to my morning workouts teaching indoor group cycle at 5:30 a.m. For those occasions when my husband and I don’t have to travel, we love to make breakfast at home.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
Supportive. We call each other ‘Team Chip and Janet’ because we have continuous love and support for each other. This is most helpful when life throws us curve balls.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
North Carolina is our home. Here, we have warm, friendly, God-loving people who care about one another and are there to lend a helping hand. The scenery is breathtaking whether you are on the lake, at the beach or strolling through the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
Pageants are like a NASCAR Race - you need the tools, talent, teamwork and the grace of God to succeed and celebrate in Victory Lane.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
In five years, I look to publish my first fitness DVD. My husband and I would also like to successfully venture into the culinary arts, potentially opening our own restaurant. And, we’d like to travel, visiting the top 10 castles of the world.
