1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
I’m the best fit for the International Pageant system because I am not the traditional contestant that competes as much as possible. I'm the contestant doing this for the first time because the pageant is a platform for me to stand on. Supporting military families is my way of life.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
That some of my best friends live in my computer on message boards. Together, we've been through weddings, divorces, pregnancies, losses of spouses and children – they are like sisters to me. Whenever I have news to share, my husband even jokes with me about running to the computer.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
Fruits and veggies are plentiful in our house. And I'm at the dance studio either in class or assisting several times a week. Being a mom of five active kids also helps to keep me on my toes. That’s better than going to a gym everyday.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
I feel each family has hopes and dreams of what they can be. For us, family values are the things we do as a couple and family to stay strong together. We teach our children to care not only for themselves but for others. To us, those are family values.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
I can’t keep things in one spot for very long. I am so used to moving that after a few months in one place, I have to rearrange the house. When he comes back from a deployment, we have to have lights on at night for awhile to prevent injury.
