1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
I usually receive compliments that | resemble Gwyneth Paltrow or Black Lively. I think it's their natural look and bright, friendly nature.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
Texting for sure! I am usually multitasking on the farm, between preparing yoga instruction, equine welfare, and running a household, the convenience of messaging- and the beauty of adding photos nowadays! -is unbeatable (you also can't hear my roosters in the background).
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
What a rare moment! Our farm and nonprofit keep me so busy, but on the rare occasion my schedule is empty, cleaning tack in the barn is a must-do. There are so many little pieces that always need attention.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
In looking through my closet, the most prevalent brand is Lululemon. Between holding yoga classes, doing barn chores, or working with animals, the pieces transition wonderfully, while I also appreciate their sustainability efforts, using over 77% recycled materials in 2025.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
Starting our nonprofit, Reviresco Equine and Yoga Sanctuary, and betting on success with dedication to mental wellness in the community, and equine welfare for retired racehorses, each having their own inspirational stories of recovery and resilience to share. “Reviresco” means “I grow strong again” and is the motto of my Scottish heritage.
