1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
I’ve heard a few over the years, that I look like Michelle Obama—but I like to think I bring my own unique look and energy that makes me Lissa!
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
I use both intentionally. Texting is great for efficiency, but as a leader, I believe real connection happens through conversation—so when it matters, I choose the phone.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
As a mom, boredom is rare—but when I get a moment, I love doing Zumba or dreaming up new ideas for my brand or platform. It’s my creative outlet. I like to make every moment count.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
I’m very intentional about the brands I support, especially because of my platform–Athletes are Human. I align with brands that reflect authenticity, wellness, and purpose—because that’s what I represent.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
One of the biggest risks I’ve taken was stepping into leadership at a high level as a COO while also choosing to be visible and use my voice publicly. It meant being open to both success and pressure—but it allowed me to lead with authenticity and impact.And I’ve learned that the biggest risks often lead to the most meaningful outcomes.
