1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
I’ve been told by quite a few people that I resemble Elisabeth Moss, especially because of my eyes and facial expressions. I’m not sure I completely see it every time, but I’ll happily take it as a compliment. I think she has such a natural and expressive look, and I’ve always appreciated celebrities who don’t try to look overly perfect or polished all the time. I’m a small-town Nebraska girl at heart, so I like when beauty still feels genuine and approachable.

2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
I definitely prefer texting most of the time. There’s absolutely a time and place for phone calls, especially when you really want to connect with someone, but texting fits my day-to-day life a little better. As a busy mom, I’m usually multitasking, so texting is easier to keep up with. Also, if I call my mom or my sisters, we’ll end up talking for hours without even realizing it. We’re all very close, so one quick phone call never stays quick for long.

3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
When I get bored, the kids and I usually head outside for a walk with no real destination in mind. We’ll start walking through town and, at every stop sign, play rock-paper-scissors to decide which direction we go next. It turns into a fun little adventure every single time. Some of my favorite memories as a mom have come from those completely unplanned walks. It’s such a simple thing, but it gets us outside, laughing together, and away from screens for a while.

4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
Honestly, not really. If I see something I love and feel confident in, I’ll wear it no matter what brand name is attached to it. I’ve never been someone who shops based only on labels. I think personal style is much more about how something makes you feel than where it came from. Some of my favorite outfits are a mix of boutique finds, department store pieces, and everyday basics. As a mom, I’ve definitely learned to value comfort just as much as style.

5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
One of the biggest risks I’ve ever taken was stepping back into pageantry as an adult and mother. It would have been much easier to convince myself that chapter of my life had passed, but deep down I knew I still had dreams I wanted to pursue. Putting myself back out there was honestly intimidating at first. However, pageantry has helped me rediscover my confidence, passions, and sense of identity outside of motherhood. It reminded me that women can love their families deeply while still chasing goals of their own.
