1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
My hometown is Saitama Prefecture, close to Tokyo. You can enjoy the beautiful countryside in my hometown, such as the fields where vegetables are growing. However, not only the suburban life with nature, but you can also appreciate a convenient city life. For example, only within 30 minutes by train, you can visit Akihabara, an iconic town for subculture, and Asakusa, a city with traditional Japanese culture.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
Two important things in my closet are "a long shirt dress" and "a kimono."
First, I frequently wear a long shirt dress because of its flexibility; I can wear it elegantly with a waist belt and high heels or casually with denim. Secondly, I bought a light purple kimono in my 20s, spending my first salary. Since I bought it, I have worn it on special occasions, including my children's entrance and graduation ceremonies.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
I love cooking, especially "bento" (Japanese packed lunch). I have made a bento for my children almost every day for eight years. When preparing a bento, I always consider a balance of nutrition. I also consider color coordination important; red, green, and yellow make my bento brilliant. In addition, I also like seeing the empty bento box my children brought back home. I feel relieved to know, "My children are mentally and physically healthy!"
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
I have loved drawing pictures since I was a child. In my 40s, after my children entered junior high school, I started attending a painting class and learning oil painting. Using the drawing technique I have learned, I want to make a picture book full of heartfelt words and cute pictures.
Through this picture book, I want to encourage many people to understand how people with ADHD perceive the world and sometimes get confused.
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
