2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
Someone told me once that you should have a "grocery list" of traits you wanted in a partner, and Kelly crosses off every item on my grocery list and then some! He is my partner and true equal in every way. He keeps me grounded but also pushes me outside of my comfort zone. He seems so serious, but he has a heart of gold and a creative streak.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
Football is something that has always played a big role in my family. We are all die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fans, and after back-to-back Super Bowls, I would love to go back and experience my first Chiefs football game again!
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
I had a flair for the dramatic. Theatre was the perfect place for an awkward, passionate, and loud teenage girl to thrive. The world was my stage and everybody who met me knew it!
5. What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?
Last summer, we started kayaking together. When we relocated to Kansas last fall, we bought a house right off of a lake and ever since he has talked about how much fun it would be to have a pontoon boat to take our family out on the lake in. I would love to buy him his pontoon boat and tons of fun accessories!
