1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
My family is my inspiration.
2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
I work in television and I have seen so much tragic news lately that breaks my heart. So if I can have a day with no crime to report, only the good things people are doing to make the world a better place to live, than that’s a perfect day for me.
3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
I plan each day to be better than the last day. I’m an old soul and my parents raised me to show love and have respect for others & I believe that it’s important to start each day with a positive attitude.
4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
An antique pearl necklace that was handed down to me that belonged to my mother-in-law. This treasure means so much to me because she was an educator who taught in Louisiana public schools for 40 years. I remember her sharing with me that ‘No matter their circumstances, every child can learn.” Even today, I cherish them and I am honored to inspire others through Open Books, Open Opportunities; Promoting Literacy.
