1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
I love the feeling that I have made a difference in someone’s life. From the time I spent volunteering in Ecuador and Argentina building homes and helping those in need, to the simple days I now spend teaching my young son, if I can feel as though I have made a difference in someone’s day, I am smiling.

2. Which do your prefer? Talking on the phone or texting?
My husband and I spend a lot of evenings at the orchestra, followed by late night burgers and fries. I love spending that time with him listening to incredible music, and then hogging all the fries.

3. What’s something you only do when you get bored?
Playing an intense game of basketball is my favourite way to relax. My mom played when she was pregnant with me, so I often say that I have been playing since before I was born (but officially started on a team when I was seven). I thrive on the competitive nature of sport, and pushing myself to play harder and be better.

4. Are you overly loyal to any clothing brands?
In a word… eclectic. I enjoy trying to put something classic together for a formal event, but I also can’t resist a neon faux-fur 80s jacket calling out to me from a thrift store rack. What I appreciate about style is its ability to shift and change, and the way it allows you to express all different facets of your personality.
