In my childhood I devoted significant time to the art of Bharat Natyam (Indian Classical Dance). I achieved second position in a National Contest and over the years have performed many recitals to stay in touch with passion for dancing.
People and their social behavior have been of interest to me and this led me to pursue degrees in Sociology. The knowledge has served me well in interacting with people with different backgrounds and from different walks of life.
Having traveled the world I know that respect, compassion, tolerance and honesty are equally important to all cultures. It is my strong belief that we can change the world for better on a sustainable basis only through imparting the values of respect, compassion, tolerance and honesty to our kids and youth. This title will help me get my thoughts in front of a larger global audience.
